It is used for primary priming on metal with traces of corrosion and paint.
It easily penetrates into a dense corrosion layer, chemically binds the
residual moisture present there, isolates the layer of corrosion products.
It allows you to avoid jet cleaning of metal surfaces when repairing
and repainting large-sized metal structures and structures.
Features:
-Drying until the subsequent overlap:
no more than 14-16 hours at 20°C
-Adhesive strength: 2 days at 20°C
-Consumption: 0.08-0.10 kg / sq. m. (mixture)
Requirements for the preparation of the protected surface:
Remove loose areas of reservoir rust and old coating.
The surface must be clean and free from substances that impair adhesion,
oils, fats, dust, etc.
Method of application:
The primer should be applied with a brush, a fur roller with a short pile
or with the help of airless spraying equipment,
observing the recommended consumption.
DO NOT APPLY A THICK LAYER IN ONE PASS!
Places where the primer has completely absorbed into the surface are primed again.
A well-primed surface should look homogeneous, slightly glossy.
