One-component polymer adhesive primer. It is cured by air humidity. It contains organic solvents. Provides a strong adhesive bond between the “old” and ” new ” layers of polymer and polyurethane coatings. Fast drying significantly reduces technological interruptions in work.
Features:
-Pot life: for 30 minutes at 20°C
-Drying until the subsequent overlap: no more than 40 minutes. at 20°C
-Adhesive strength: 2 days at 20°C
-Consumption: 0.03-0.05 kg / sq. m. (mixture)
Requirements for the preparation of the treated surface:
The surface of the polymer coating before treatment with a primer
must be sufficiently strong, homogeneous, clean, dry,
free from traces of oils, fats, lubricants, crumbling,
crumbling and peeling areas and other contaminants that
prevent wetting and normal adhesion.
Additional abrasive treatment
is not required to increase the surface roughness.
Application:
The material is applied mechanically using airless / air
sprayers with an air pressure of 2.76 — 4.82 BAR.,
and it is also possible to apply it manually — with the help of brushes, rollers.
Apply the coating with wide movements to achieve the desired structure.
DO NOT APPLY A THICK LAYER!
DO NOT ALLOW THE FORMATION OF SPILLS OF THE MATERIAL DURING APPLICATION!
The intermediate or front layer of the coating should be applied after the primer layer has dried
to degree 3 (“before sticking”), but not later than 24 hours after the end of priming.
